Seri Silkworm

We learn many things about silkworm their. We learn the life cycle of silkworm. The silkworm is dioecious like their sex are separate. We learn that it completes its life cycle in 45 days. The life cycle of silkworm is also completed in four stages: egg , larva, pupa , adult .   

It feed on mulberry leaves. It is also called mulberry silkworm or seri silkworm. Its thread is obtained from the cocoon. It is use for preparing making beautiful and duriable clothes like sari ,tie ,handkerch
